公路工程档案是工程建设过程中直接形成的文字、图表、声像等记录。由于公路工程项目建设周期长、投资大,并在建设过程中需要多方协作才能保证工程建设顺利进行,在此期间形成多种类型档案,其数量大、价值高,是公路工程建设的重要技术资料,不仅是公路工程内在质量的重要凭证,同时也是后续公路改扩建、维保、管理工作的重要依据。论文对公路工程档案的跟踪收集管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出加强公路工程档案跟踪收集管理工作的对策。

Highway engineering archives are written,graphic,audio-visual records formed directly in the process of engineering construction.Because the construction period of highway project is long,the investment is large,and in the process of construction, many kinds of cooperation are needed to ensure the smooth progress ofproj ect construction,many kinds of archives are formed during this period,which are large in quantity and high in value.It is not only an important evidence of the internal quality of highway engineering,but also an important basis for subsequent highway reconstruction,extension,maintenance and management.This pap er analyzes the problems existing in the tracking collection management of highway engineering archives,and prop oses the strategies to strengthen the tracking collection management of highway engineering archives.
