Zhang Xiaodan's Experience in Treating for Metrorrhagia and Metrostaxis

张晓丹教授治疗崩漏,不离塞流、澄源、复旧三大治法,但也不拘泥于初期塞流,中期澄源,末期复旧的步骤,而是将其融会贯通。在塞流方面,重视瘀血为患,不一味见血止血,并根据不同出血阶段,将瘀血分为"死血"和"活血",灵活处之;澄源大法始终贯穿诊疗之中,辨证论治,青春期崩漏者,注重脾肾调治,育龄期及围绝经期崩漏者,尤以肝肾为重,兼顾心脾。其治法虽各不相同,但终不离肝、肾、脾三脏,随其病因而治之。复旧之法则根据患者情况,或调经,或种子,或善其后。

There three major methods of Sailiu,Chengyuan and Fujiu when Professor Zhang Xiaodan treats for metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.However,it is not limited to the mechanic steps in doing so.In terms of "Sailiu",she pays attention to blood stasis,not blindly stopping bleeding when seeing blood.According to different bleeding stages,the stasis blood is divided into "dead blood" and "living blood",which is treated flexiblely.The "Chengyuan"method is always used through the whole process of syndrome differentiation and treatment.For adolescent metrorrha'gia and metrostaxis,treatment focuses on Spleen and Kidney.For childbearing age and perimenopausal uterus,Liver and Kidney are more focused with Heart and Spleen being noticed.Although the treatment methods are different,they usually focus the Liver,Kidney and Spleen,and treatment is carried out according to the pathogenesis of the disease.The method of "Fujiu is based on the patient's condition,method of regulataing menstruation or sowing seed or dealing with problem afterwards.
