紫草活血汤联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病

Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris with Zicao Huoxue Decoction Combined with Acitretin

目的:观察紫草活血汤联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效,及对患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factoralpha,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(vessel endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平的影响。方法:100例寻常型银屑病患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予阿维A治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予紫草活血汤。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血TNF-α、IL-10和VEGF,采用皮肤病生存质量问卷评估生存质量。随访6个月,比较所有患者临床疗效,治疗前后血TNF-α、IL-10、VEGF水平,并比较治疗前、治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的生存质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组有效率为96. 00%,对照组为84. 00%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者治疗后血TNF-α、VEGF水平明显低于对照组,观察组IL-10水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组患者治疗后1个月、3个月、6个月的皮肤病生存质量问卷得分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。观察组和对照组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:紫草活血汤联合阿维A治疗寻常型银屑病患者疗效显著,可改善患者炎症状态,提高患者生存质量,且无严重不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zicao Huoxue Decoction combined with acitretin in treatment of Psoriasis vulgaris,and the effect on tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10)and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)levels.Methods:One hundred patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with acitretin,and patients in the observation group were given Zicao Huoxue Decoction in addition to that of the control group.Blood TNF-α,IL-10 and VEGF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and the quality of life was assessed by the dermatology quality of life questionnaire. After 6 months of follow-up,the clinical efficacy of all patients,blood TNF-α,IL-10,VEGF levels before and after treatment were compared,and the quality of life and adverse reactions before treatment,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate was 96.00%in the observation group and that was 84.00%in the control group.That of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α and VEGF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and the level of IL-10 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of the skin quality of life questionnaires in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion :Zicao Huoxue Decoction combined with acitretin in treatment of Psoriasis vulgaris patients has significant curative effect.It can improve the inflammatory state of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,with serious adverse reactions.
