祛风湿、通经祛痹类中药治疗类风湿性关节炎

Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Chinese Herbal Medicine Functioning in Dredging Meridian to Remove Bi Syndrome

目的:探讨祛风湿、通经祛痹类中药治疗类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的临床效果。方法:将100例RA患者根据入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,两组各50例。对照组口服常规西药来氟米特治疗,观察组自拟中药祛风湿、通经祛痹方治疗,4周为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者关节症状改善情况,评估两组患者临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗后晨僵持续时间、关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数分别较治疗前、对照组治疗后显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗后类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)转阴率48. 72%(19/39)、C-反应蛋白(C-neactveprotein,CRP)转阴率52. 50%(21/40)分别较对照组24. 32%(9/37)、25. 64%(10/39)高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组有效率94. 00%(47/50)较对照组78. 00%(39/50)高,不良反应发生率8. 00%(4/50)低于对照组的24. 00%(12/50),差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:祛风湿、通经祛痹类中药有助于改善RA患者临床症状和体征,且不良反应率低,临床疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Chinese herbal medicine functioning in dredging meridian to remove Bi Syndrome in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods :100 patients with RA were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission.There were 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine leflunomide.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine functioning in dredging meridian to remove Bi Syndrome.The treatment lasted for 3courses,in which 4weeks was one course of treatment.The improvement of joint symptoms in the two groups was observed,and the clinical efficacies as well as the adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Results :The duration of morning stiffness,joint pain index and joint swelling index of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group respectively (P <0.05).The negative rate of the rheumatoid factor (rheumatoid)after treatment in the observation group was 48.72%(19/39),and the negative rate of C-neactveprotein (CRP)was 52.50%(21/ 40),which was significantly higher than that of the control group (24.32% and 25.64%),respectively.(P <0.05).The effective rate of observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that (78.00%)of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.00%,which was significantly lower than that (24.00%)of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicines functioning in dredging meridian to remove Bi Syndrome can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of RA patients,with low adverse reaction rate and remarkable clinical effect.
