摘要 至2018年初上海已实现了30万户居民用户的"多表合一"采集覆盖。从上海市浦东地区"多表合一"采集运维实际出发,基于量化对比法分析,总结了气、水表采集(去除与电能表采集共有的)失败的四类成因:设备故障异常、方案配置不当、信息管理疏漏、安装工艺不当等,并阐述了"多表合一"各参与方需在技术和标准上、资源投入和信息共享三方面形成的处理模式。 With the construction and expansion of " Multi-meter Integration" data acquisition system in Shanghai in recent years,300,000 households have been covered by such system by 2018.Based on the practice of " multi-meter integration" data acquisition,operation and maintenance in Pudong District of Shanghai,and based on the quantitative comparison analysis,this paper summarizes the four causes of failure of gas and water meter acquisition(except the shared electricity meter acquisition),including the abnormal equipment fault,improper scheme configuration,information management omission and improper installation process.It also expounds that the participants of " multi-meter integration" should form the processing mode in three aspects:technology and standard,resource investment and information sharing.
