摘要
为适应城市土地资源紧张的特点,变电站的建设需考虑紧凑型布置,主变室是变电站中最主要的设备房间,主变房间的尺寸限制了变电站的整体尺寸,对110kV及220kV主变室的优化布置进行了研究。通过对多个主变厂家的产品进行调研分析,分别从主变运输通道尺寸、试验净高要求、巡视及检修通道尺寸、吊装尺寸等方面进行了分析,找出了影响房间尺寸关键的限制条件,同时结合相关规程规范要求,对主变室的尺寸进行了优化,找出合理的主变布置方案。
In order to adapt to the characteristics of urban land resource constraints,the construction of the substation is usually designed in compact layout.Main transformer chamber is the most important room in substation.So the size of main transformer room can limit the overall size of the substation.The layout optimi-zation of 110kV and 220kV main transformer chamber is studied in this paper.According to the investigation and analysis of the products of some main transformer manufacturers,we studied respectively from the main transformer transportation channel dimensions,test height requirements,inspection and maintenance channel size,lifting size,etc.,which help to find out key factors that influence the room size.Meanwhile,combined with the relevant rules and regulations,the size of the main transformer room was optimized,and the reasona-ble layout scheme of main transformer was proposed.
