摘要 电网无功及谐波污染会造成设备和线路损耗,给电力系统的安全稳定运行造成很大影响。分析了上海电网低压侧无功及谐波现状,在此基础上提出了上海电网低压侧无功及谐波治理模式,主要分为供电企业治理、用户治理以及能源合同管理,通过现场调研和测试情况,形成了上海电网典型低压侧无功及谐波治理方案,根据不同客户的案例治理情况,形成的具有可推广的方案。 Reactive power and harmonic pollution of power network will cause equipment and line loss,which will greatly affect the safe and stable operation of power system.This paper analyzes the current situation of low voltage side reactive power and harmonic of Shanghai power grid,and thereupon it puts forward the man-agement model,mainly divided into the power supply enterprise management,user management and energy contract management.Through field investigation and testing,and based on specific cases,the low voltage side reactive power and harmonic management scheme typical of Shanghai power grid was formulated.
