摘要
排烟温度分散度是燃烧系统中最为重要的一项监视指标。重点介绍了排烟温度分散度允许值的计算及其保护动作逻辑,分析了排烟温度分散度高的成因与危害,探讨了其相应的应对措施,最后对排烟温度分散度在燃机正常实际运行中的运用、监视与数据进行了分析,提高了运行检修人员在面对各类事故的分析及处理能力,同时也能更为科学合理地规划设置燃机热通道部件的检修周期。
Gas exhaust temperature dispersion is the most important monitoring index in combustion system.This paper mainly introduces the calculation of allowable value of exhaust temperature dispersion and its pro-tective action logic,analyzes the causes and harms of high exhaust temperature dispersion,discusses the corre-sponding countermeasures,and finally analyzes the application,monitoring and data of exhaust temperature dispersion in the normal operation of gas turbine.It can help to improve the ability of the operation and mainte-nance personnel to analyze and deal with all kinds of accidents,and at the same time,it can more scientifically and rationally help plan and set up the maintenance cycle of gas turbine thermal channel components.
