文章以北京远洋邦舍青年长租公寓为例,解读长租公寓公共空间设计的多样化、人性化、复合化三大原则,以期为今后青年长租公寓的设计提供一定的参考。

This paper takes Beijing Boonself Youth Long-term Rental Apartment as an example to interpret the three principles of diversification, humanization and compounding of the public space design of long-term rental apartments, with a view to providing a reference for the design of young long-term rental apartments in the future.
