基于绿色增长理念的秦巴山区产业园区转型路径及规划途径探析——以安康高新区为例

Analysis on Transformation Path and Planning Strategy of Qinba Mountain Industrial Park Based on Green Growth Concept——Taking Ankang High-tech Industrial Park as an Example

文章以秦巴山区产业园区为研究对象,从动力引擎(经济维度)、支撑载体(社会维度)、理性保障(生态维度)三个方面全面梳理要素、策略、机制,以及与绿色增长理念的耦合协同,进而以区域内典型产业园区——安康高新区规划研究为例,提出"整合土地利用效率与产业空间结构紧凑的互适和谐""绿色交通体系与多元配套设施的协调发展""构建以生态安全格局为基底的园区空间结构"等具体措施,以期能对中西部重点山区产业园区发展与研究有所裨益。

Qinba Mountain Industrial Park as the research object, from the power engine (economic dimension), support carrier (social dimension), rational protection (ecological dimension) three aspects this paper combs elements, strategies, mechanisms comprehensively, coupled with the concept of green growth. Then the typical industrial park in the region -- the planning study of Ankang high tech Zone was taken as an example. Specific measures like integrating the harmonious relationship between land use efficiency and industrial spatial structure, coordinated development of green transportation system and multiple supporting facilities, constructing the spatial structure of the park based on the pattern of ecological security was proposed. Benefit to the development and research of key industrial parks in central and Western China was expected.
