摘要
文章选取目前上海共享办公市场上9个规模较大的共享办公品牌共计127处共享办公空间,根据物业类型、目标客群、空间特点等方面对共享办公进行分类,对其选址进行分析从而对共享办公细分市场进行归类。总结得出地产开发类、企业孵化类、社区营造类、即时办公类四大不同共享办公空间不同的选址策略以及影响选址的因素。
This paper chooses 9 different brands, 127 co-working sites in shanghai. According to the Property type, target customer, spatial characteristics, they are classsified, analysed and finally the conclusion of co-working market is given. Co-working space is divided into four categories:property development type, business Incubator type, community type,service oriented office. Based on location information, this paper also analyses their different site-selection strategy and the factors influencing the site selection.
