摘要
随着航空业的持续发展和旅客需求的日益增长,作为非航业务的航站楼商业也快速发展。现代航站楼商业既为机场提供了持续的非航收入,同时也为旅客创造了更好的航空旅行体验。由于旅客消费行为受到诸多因素的影响,因此航站楼商业空间具有很强的特殊性。通过对旅客消费行为的分析,对航站楼的商业定位、业态布局、商业动线及环境品质等进行探讨,以期营造出合乎旅客消费行为的商业空间。
With the development of civil aviation industry and the increase of passengers demands,bussiness in terminals is rapidly developing.Modern business in terminals can not only provide the airport with sustained non-airvation revenue,but also create a better air travel experience for passengers.As consumption behavior of passenger is influenced by many factors,terminal the commercial spaces are of strong particularity.Analyzed the eomsumption behavior for passengers,business orientation,business layout,business lines,environmental quality,and etc were discussed in detail to create a comfortable commerical space that consistent with passenger's consumption behavior.
