摘要
为研究钢齿槽连接装配式焊接箍筋混凝土柱的可靠性,对单直齿槽、单坡齿槽、双直齿槽、双坡齿槽4种连接方式的装配式试件和1个现浇试件进行拟静力试验。研究4种连接方式对试件承载力、延性、耗能能力及刚度退化等抗震性能的影响。研究结果表明:装配式试件的延性系数为3.30~3.50,极限位移角为1/30~1/28.6;采用4种连接方式的装配式试件与现浇试件相比具有相当的抗震性能,部分指标甚至略优于现浇柱,能够满足工程实践的要求。
In order to investigate the reliability of prefabricated welded stirrup concrete columns with steel notch-tooth connection, four prefabricate welded stirrup concrete c*olumns with steel notch-tooth connection and one cast-in-place column were tested under quasi-static loading. The four connections were single straight notch-tooth connection, single sloping notch-tooth connection, double straight notch-tooth connection and double sloping notch-tooth connection. The influence of bearing capacity, ductility ratios, energy dissipation capacity, stiffness degradation of these four connections on the seismic behavior were analyzed. The results showed that, the ductility factor of prefabricated specimens was 3. 30~3.50 and the ultimate displacement angle of each specimen was 1/30~1/28. 6. It was indicated that four types of prefabricate welded stirrup concrete columns with different assembly details showed basically similar seismic jieiformance compared to the cast-in-place column, while better behavior was revealed with respect to some certain indices and it could be applied in practice.
