摘要
为掌握碱激发高强混凝土的工作性及强度特性影响因素,采用碱激发矿粉的技术途径,利用试验验证的方法研制了工作性能良好、抗压强度超过100MPa的高强混凝土。对比分析了配合比参数、激发剂用量钢纤维掺量以及养护条件等因素的影响。试验结果表明:胶凝材用量是控制碱激发高强混凝土强度的关键因素,碱激发高强混凝土的最佳砂率为0.38、钢纤维的最佳掺量为0.5%、采用标准养护即可满足力学性能要求。
To study the influence factors of workability and strength characteristics of alkali-activated high-strength concrete,The high-strength concrete,with excellent flowability,high compressive strength(more than 100MPa)and good mechanical properties,has been developed by using alkali-active slag cement and vilidated by test.The research work involves influencing factors of strength of concrete:mix proprotions of the high-strength eonerete,the dosage of activator,amount of steel fiber and curing condition.Test results showed that the binder material content was the key factor whieh could influences the strength of alkali-activated high-strength concrete.The optimal sand ratio was 0.38. The optimal volume fraction for steel fiber was 0.5%.Standard euring could meet the mechanical requirements.
