三种浒苔品系的人工室外养殖技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对天然浒苔季节性强,质量不可控、产量不稳定等缺点,建立了浒苔人工室外养殖技术,在此基础上研究了3种浒苔品系U.proliferasp1(低温适应品系)、U.proliferasp2(常温适应品系)和U.proliferasp3(高温适应品系)的相对生长速率、最佳初始投放量及最佳收获期等养殖参数。结果显示,初始投放量越大,浒苔的相对生长率就越低,三种浒苔品系均在第2天出现最大相对生长率,最大生长率分别为93%、94%和131%,即第2天浒苔的生物量就可翻一番;此外,根据室外养殖技术中浒苔生物量增量参数,确定了sp1、sp2和sp3三种浒苔品系最佳初始投放量分别为4g、8g和16g,最佳采收期分别为第8天、第8天和第6天。这些数据是浒苔室外养殖的基础参数,为未来浒苔人工大规模养殖及产业发展提供重要基础。 Due to the low quality and unstable biomass of natural U.proliferain the field,it is necessary to develop the technology of the large-scaled outdoor cultivation.In the present paper,three strains of U.prolifera were cultivated in the tank system outdoor to acquire the parameters such as relative growth rate,the optimal initial supply quantity and the optimal harvesting time.The results showed that the U.prolifera sp1(low temperature adaptability),U.prolifera sp2 (normal temperature adaptability) and U.proliferasp3(high temperature adaptability)reached up to 93%,94%and 131% of the maximum relative growth rate on the second day,respectively.Based on the parameters of biomass increment of the three U.proliferastrains in the outdoor cultivation tank system,we found that the optimal initial supply quantities were 4g,8g and 16g,and the optimal harvesting time were on the 8th day,8th day and 6th day respectively.This study supplies the possibility of outdoor cultivation of U. prolifera,which has high research value and broad applications in the future.
