填海项目竣工海域使用验收界址与面积偏差分析——以广东省填海项目为例

Analysis of the Acceptance Boundary Points and Area Deviation of the Completed Sea Area of the Reclamation Projects——A case study of GuangDong

本文以2014年-2017年间广东省8个通过填海项目竣工海域使用验收的填海工程为案例,分析了填海工程出现界址、面积偏差的原因以及偏差的大小,提出了填海项目竣工海域使用验收的审批建议,以期为今后填海项目竣工验收、规范海域使用事后监管行为提供参考和借鉴。

This paper analyzed the completion acceptance of boundary point and area deviation of 8 reclamation projects in Guangdong province from 2014-2017.We summarized the causes of the points and area deviation,and proposed some suggestions for afterwards supervision reclamation projects completion acceptance in the future.
