摘要
通过水热法制备了Ni掺杂的ZnO纳米颗粒,利用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)对产物进行了表征,并对产物的微波吸收性能进行了测试,讨论了Ni的掺杂对合成ZnO颗粒微波吸收性能的影响。结果表明,Ni的掺杂能够显著提高ZnO纳米的微波吸收性能,在13.9GHz其最低反射率达到了-25.1dB。
Ni-doped ZnO nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal method.The structure and the morphology of the samples are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscope (SEM).HP8720D vector network analyzer is used to measure the microwave absorption coefficient of Ni-doped ZnO nanoparticles.The results show that Ni doping can significantly improve the microwave absorp- tion property of the nanostructure ZnO.The strongest reflectivity loss of Ni-doped ZnO nanoparticles is further enhanced to -25.1dB at 13.9 GHz.
