试论土地革命时期革命根据地的科技队伍建设

On the Construction of Science and Technology Teams in the Land Rrevolution Period

土地革命时期,中国共产党就认识到要在根据地设立医院、创建工厂、创办军工通讯、发展工农业生产等关键在于科技人才。为此,中国共产党克服种种困难,通过吸收和延揽民间或国民党军队中的技术人员、重用原有的科技人才、挑选优秀党员赴苏联学习无线电技术和兴办科技教育培养人才等途径,在革命根据地逐步建立了一支必要的科技队伍,并取得了辉煌的成就。这对于我们今天实施科教兴国战略和创新驱动发展战略,仍将富有启迪和借鉴意义。

During the agrarian revolution,the communist party of China recognized that it was important to establish hospitals in the base areas,create factories,establish military communication,and develop industrial and agricultural production.Therefore,the communist party of China,to overcome all obstacles by absorption and recruit folk or technical personnel in the kuomintang army,reuse the existing sci.entific and technological personnel,selecting excellent party member to study Soviet radio technology and the establishment of science and technology education to cultivate talents,in the revolutionary base areas gradually established a necessary technology team,has made brilliant achievements.It will be enlightening and instructive for us to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country and driving development,of innovation.
