Due to short of valid tracing and data support for mass flowmeter in custody transferring metering process,metering data deviation is brought about and metering disputes are generated during custody transfer metering.A mass flowmeter remote intelligent diagnostic system is developed.Intelligent real-time monitoring and remote diagnosis can be realized for mass flowmeter.Through fast optimizing the poor process and quick response to equipment failure,measurement reliability is guaranteed;the operation reliability and time between failures is improved;the losses from delayed response is reduced;predictive maintenance management for precise metering is provided;the maintenance costs is saved;metering disputes are reduced.
