摘要
煤粉储仓称重传感器对煤气化装置的稳定运行至关重要,结合某煤气化项目,从煤粉储仓称重传感器设备选型、安装、标定与调试过程及控制点方面,分析了影响称重传感器测量准确性的因素,通过改进秤体设备的安装方式,并重点介绍了免砝码标定、小量程标定、满量程标定3种标定方法,保证了称重仪表的准确性,为同类型气流床粉煤气化的称重仪表标定和调试提供了参考。
The weighing sensor of pulverized coal storage silo plays an important role of stable running for coal gasification installation:Combining with certain coal gasification project,the factors influencing weighing accuracy of weighing sensor are analyzed from the equipment selection,installation,calibration,debugging process and control point.Through improving the installation mode of weighting equipment,and stressing three calibration methods including weight-free calibration,small scale calibration and full scale calibration,the precision for weighing equipment is guaranteed.The calibrating and debugging for weighting instrument for similar entrained-flow bed pulverized coal gasification can be used as reference.
