Teacher NIU thinks that the fundamental pathogenesis of colorectal polyps is the deficiency of spleen and stomach,besides,phlegm,blood stasis and turbid toxin are also important parts of the pathogenesis.Therefore,improving immunity and eliminiting accumulation is the basic principle.Strengthening spleen and warming kidney,removing blood stasis and detoxification is the underlying method.According to the above princrple and method,the treatment of colorectal polyps with Changxi Huaji Decoction is effective.A case is listed to illustrate the efficacy.
