摘要
本试验主要研究复合肠道调节剂在仔猪断奶1周内对生产性能、肠道微生物及肠道结构的影响。挑选20日龄仔猪105头,断奶前屠宰5头,余下100头分为对照组和试验组,对照组仔猪喂教槽料,试验组猪在每次喂料后补喂复合肠道调节剂。试验从断奶当天至断奶第8天,共计7 d。结果表明,试验组平均日增重高于对照组,但未达到显著水平(P>0. 05),腹泻率显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。试验组十二指肠和结肠中乳酸菌数量分别在断奶后第8天和断奶后第2天显著增加(P <0. 05);十二指肠和空肠大肠杆菌数量分别在断奶后第2天、断奶后第8天显著降低(P <0. 05);十二指肠双歧杆菌数量在断奶后第8天、盲肠和结肠双歧杆菌数量在断奶后第2天和第8天均显著增加(P <0. 05)。试验组十二指肠绒毛高度和V/C在断奶后第2天、4天和8天均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),隐窝深度则在断奶后第4天和8天显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。由此表明,断奶1周内给仔猪补饲复合肠道调节剂,可以调控肠道微生物,改善肠道结构,促进肠道健康,从而有效提高仔猪断奶1周内的生产性能,降低仔猪腹泻率。
The experiment was performed to investigate the effects of the compound gut modulator (CGM) on the growth performance, gut microbial populations and gut morphology of weaned pigs during the first week post-weaning.Five piglets were sacrificed from 105 piglets at 20 d of age and the remained 100 piglets were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The piglets of the control group were fed a corn and soybean meal-based weaning diet,and the piglets of the experimental group were supplemented with CGM between every 2 meals.The trail lasted 7 days from the first day to the eighth day post weaning.The piglets of experimental group had higher average daily gain compared to those in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05) ,but the diarrhea rate was significantly decreased (P<0.05) .CGM supplementation not only increased Lactobacillus population in duodenum on day 8 post weaning and in colon on day 2 post weaning (P<0.05) ,but also increased Bifidobacterium population in duodenum on day 8,in cecum and colon on day 2 and day 8 post weaning(P<0.05) .Moreover,the Escherichia coli population was decreased in duodenum on day 2 and in jejunum on day 8 post weaning by CGM ingestion (P<0.05) .(3) CGM supplementation increased the villus height and V/C in duodenum on day 2,day 4 and day 8 post weaning and decreased crypt depth on day 4 and day 8 post weaning(P<0.05) .These results suggested that CGM supplementation can increase growth performance and decrease diarrhea rate of weaned pig through regulating gut microbial populations,as well as gut development during the first week post-weaning.
