鲤春病毒血症病毒(SVCV)人工感染锦鲤攻毒试验

摘要 为了研究鲤科鱼类感染鲤春病毒血症病毒(Spring viremia of carp virus,SVCV)后的病理变化,试验通过使用本中心实验室采集和保藏的鲤春病毒血症病毒株(JX14-012)对养殖的锦鲤(Cyprinus carpio koi)进行人工感染试验,然后对对照组和试验组锦鲤进行鲤春病毒血症病毒检测,结果显示,试验组呈阳性,即已感染鲤春病毒血症病毒,对照组呈阴性;对试验组进行生化指标检测发现肝胰脏、肾脏受到严重损害导致功能不全;组织病理切片观察结果发现,脑、鳃、肝胰脏、脾脏、肾脏、肌肉各组织均出现不同程度的变性坏死。表明JX14-012病毒株对锦鲤进行攻毒能够使试验组锦鲤致病,该毒株感染锦鲤后可在其体内复制、增殖,且对锦鲤有一定的致病力。其表现出来的症状对进一步掌握鲤春病毒血症病毒病,及时诊断其危害具有重大的现实意义。 In this study,Cyprinus carpio koi were artificially infected by Spring viremia of carp virus(SVCV) to study the pathological changes of the cyprinid fish infected with SVCV.And then the experimental group and the control group were tested for the following items.The result of the SVCV quarantine showed that the koi carps of were infected by SVCV.The tested biochemical indexes proved that hepatopancreas and kidney of the experimental group were severely damaged.Histopathological observation showed that the brain,gill,hepatopancreas,spleen,kidney and muscle all had varying degrees of degeneration and necrosis.The result indicated that the artificially infected the koi carps of the experimental by the JX14-012 virus strain is worked.This virus strain can replicate and proliferate when they infect the koi carps.The exhibit symptoms of the experimental group have great practical significance for further grasping the symptom of the SVC and timely diagnosis.
