1775例就诊人员幽门螺杆菌感染状况分析

Analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection among 1 775 patients

[目的]了解本院检测的幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况,分析性别、年龄、职业等感染相关因素,为Hp的防治提供依据。[方法]抽取2017-01-2018-01期间就诊的1 775例患者的尿素14 C呼吸试验资料,进行统计学分析。[结果]1 775例就诊人员中Hp的总感染率为49.22%,男女性别间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.419,P>0.05)。不同年龄组间的感染率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=17.433,P<0.05),<20岁者Hp的感染率较低,为25.00%;31～50岁者其感染率达到高峰,且趋于稳定,其中31～40、41～50岁年龄段的感染率分别为73.17%、71.17%。不同职业者间的Hp感染率差异也有统计学意义(χ~2=96.399,P<0.05),其中公务员、学生感染率较低,分别为22.86%、25.00%,而农民和工人的感染率较高,为51.70%和44.40%。[结论]本院就诊人员中Hp感染率略低于全国水平,其感染与性别、年龄和职业等因素有关,应加强对重点人群的预防宣传教育工作,作到早发现、早治疗,从而减少人群中的Hp感染。

[Objective]To understand the infection of Helicobacter pylori (Hp)in Leshan and to analyze the related factors including sex,age and occupation,thus providing the basis for the prevention and control of Hp infection.[Methods]The data of urea 14 Crespiration test from 1775 patients in the Second People's Hospital of Leshan from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected to carry out the statistical analysis. [Results]The total infection rate of Hp among the 1 775patients was 49.22%,and there was no significant difference between men and women(x^2=0.419,P>0.05).The infection rates among different age groups were statistically significant(x^2=17.433,P<0.05).The infection rate of Hp patients less than 20 years old was 25%.The infection rate reached the peak and tended to be stable at the age of 31-50,and the infection rates in the two age groups of 31-40 and 41-50 were 73.17% and 71.17%,respectively.The difference of Hp infection rate among different occupations was also statistically significant(x^2=96.399,P<0.05).Among them,the infection rate of civil servants(22.86%)and students(25%)was relatively low, while the infection rate of farmers(51.70%)and workers(44.40%)was relatively high.[Conclusion]The Hp infection rate of Leshan is slightly lower than that.of the national level.The infection is related to the factors such as sex,age and occupation.Therefore,efforts should be made to strengthen the propaganda of prevention and education of the key population,thus reducing Hp infection in these people.
