摘要
目的:分析比较Pro Taper Next、Reciproc和TFA镍钛系统的维持根管解剖原始形态的能力。方法:将弯曲度为20°的透明树脂块的30个模拟弯曲根管随机分配到3组(n=10),分别运用镍钛根管锉系统Pro Taper Next(PTN组),Reciproc(Rec组)和Twisted files Adaptive(TFA组)进行根管预备,根管内灌注造影剂,使用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)扫描根管预备前后图像,分析根管体积增加量、根管偏移、定位中心率及预备时间。结果:Rec组在根尖部分体积增加量较大(P <0. 05)。TFA组在根尖3 mm水平具有较小的偏移和较高的定位中心率(P <0. 05),Rec组的预备时间最短(P <0. 05)。结论:镍钛Reciproc系统对根尖部的预备量较大,TFA和PTN均能较好的维持根管走形。
Objective: To evaluate the ability of ProTaper Next,Reciproc,and TFA nickel-titanium systems to maintain the original morphology of root canal anatomy. Methods: Thirty simulated curved root canals of transparent resin blocks with a bending degree of 20° were randomly assigned to three groups( n = 10) respectively,using NiTi systems ProTaper Next ( PTN group) ,Reciproc( Rec group) ,Twisted files Adaptive( TFA group) for root canal preparation. The contrast-medium was perfused in the root canal,and images of the root canal were scanned by cone-beam CT( CBCT) . The root canal volume increment, root canal transportation,centering rate,and preparation time were analyzed. Results: The volume of the apical portion of the Rec group was increased( P < 0. 05) . The TFA group had a smaller transportation and a higher centering rate at the root apical 3 mm level( P < 0. 05) , and the Rec group had the shortest preparation time( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Reciproc nickel-titanium systems has a large amount of preparation for the apex,and both TFA and PTN can maintain the shape of the root canal.
