厦门市民宿的空间分布特征与影响因素研究

Spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of Bed and Breakfast(B&B)in Xiamen City

采取厦门市民宿POI数据,运用最邻近指数、核密度估计法、标准差椭圆法,研究厦门市民宿的总体集聚区、集聚中心与发展方向,并分析其影响因素.结果显示:思明区是厦门市民宿集聚区域,其次是集美区及湖里区;曾厝垵是民宿集聚中心,鼓浪屿、黄厝、厦门大学思明校区、厦门北站、集美大学城等为次级中心;2008年～2017年厦门市民宿分布大致经历了北→南→北→西北的回旋式演变,最终呈现出西北—东南方向的延伸,并逐步向岛外扩展.并分析了旅游资源、市场需求、区位条件、交通通达性、配套设施、政策条件及社会环境等因素的影响.

The overall gathering area,gathering center and the direction of development of bed and breakfast (B&B)in Xiamen City along with their influencing factors are analzed based on the POI data and using the nearest neighbor index,kernel density and standard deviation ellipse methods.The results show that Siming District is the gathering area of B&B in Xiamen,followed by Jimei District and Huli District.Zengcuoan community is the gathering center of B&B,followed by Gulangyu community,Huangcuo community,Xiamen University Siming Campus,the north railway station,Jimei University City and other secondary centers.Meanwhile,the distribution of B&B generally experienced roundabout evolution pattern of north--south--north--northwest from 2008 to 2017.Eventually an extension of the northwest-southeast direction exhibits, gradually expanding to the outside of island.Then the influences factors,such as,tourist attractions,market demand,location conditions,traffic accessibility,supporting fa- cilities,policy and social environment are investigated.
