摘要
混凝土施工全流程的"智慧管控"是实现"智慧工地"的关键一环。通过采用智能称重系统以解决准确计量、采用二维码及车牌识别技术以解决信息交接、采用云服务技术以解决信息共享、采用BIM平台以实现三维可视化等,实现混凝土从出厂(搅拌站)至浇筑完成的全流程"智慧管控",并在实际工程中得到成功应用。
The smart management of the whole process of concrete construction is a key part of smart construction site.Through the use of intelligent weighing system for accurate measurement,using QR code and license plate recognition technology for information transfer,using cloud service technology for information sharing,adopting BIM platform for achieving three-dimensional visualization,the whole process "smart control"of the concrete can be realized from the factory (batching plant)to the pouring completion and achieves the successful application in practical engineering.
