摘要
ABB厦门工业中心测试塔巨型钢柱分为2种形式,下部为格构柱,上部为实腹式焊接H型钢柱,且上下宽度不一样,柱脚形式为插入式杯口基础。为此,对插入式钢柱的轴线、标高误差调整问题及如何解决异型钢柱吊装时的重心偏位问题进行了重点研究,保证了工程的顺利实施。
The giant steel columns of the ABB Xiamen Industrial Center Test Tower are divided into two types.The lower part is a lattice column and the upper part is solid web H section welded steel column.In addition,the upper and lower widths are different.The column foot type is the inserted cup foundation.The problems of the axis of the inserted steel column,the adjustment of the elevation error and the possible solution to the uneven gravity center of the special-shaped steel column during hoisting are studied emphatically to guarantee the smooth implementation of the project.
