摘要
根据上海市北横通道中的中山公园工作井超深地下侧墙结构施工要求,设计了组合式侧墙模架体系以适应地下结构不同层高的施工需求。其间,采用有限元软件对施工中模架与模板组合体系的两种不利工况进行了稳定性验算,结果表明该结构体系的稳定性满足施工要求,同时,制订了详细的施工工艺流程,确保了结构施工的质量与安全。
According to the construction requirements of the ultra-deep underground side wall structure of the working well in Shanghai North Transverse Passageway Zhongshan Park,a combined type side wall formwork support system is designed to meet the construction requirements of different heights of underground structures. Meanwhile,the finite element software is used to check the stability of the combined system of formwork support and formwork in construction process under two unfavorable working conditions.The results show that the stability of such structure system meets the construction requirements.Meanwhile,a detailed construction technology process is then established to ensure the quality and safety of structure construction.
