摘要 以上海港汇恒隆广场商场主出入口改建工程为背景,研究了在核心城区密集人流环境下的既有公共建筑改建技术。在保证车流、人流正常通行和商场正常运营的前提下,通过合理规划工序,分区分阶段施工,完成了整个出入口的改建,同时实现了对周边环境低影响的环保目标。 Taking the reconstruction project of the main entrance and exit of Shanghai Ganghui Hunglong Plaza shopping mall as the background, the existing public building reconstruction technology under the intensively crowded environment in the core urban area is studied. Under the premise of ensuring normal traffic flow and pedestrian flow as well as the normal operation of the shopping mall, the reconstruction of overall entrance and exit is completed through rational planning procedures, partitioned and phased construction. Meanwhile, the environmental protection target with low impact on the surrounding environment is also achieved.
