Research on Rapid Reconstruction Technology for Main Structure of Existing Large Old Factory Building

原上海第二钢铁厂东区三标段主体结构改造工期要求非常紧张。通过对标段内的工作量进行研究分析,确定了整个标段实施的重点,并在施工过程中采取多个工艺优化措施,最终在不增加造价的前提下满足了建设单位的工期目标,对今后类似的改造工程具有较大的借鉴意义。

The reconstruction period of the main structure of the third bidding section in east area of Shanghai No. 2 Steel Plant is very limited.Through a research and analysis of the workload within the bidding section,the key implementation points within the whole bidding section are determined.Meanwhile,multiple process optimization measures are taken during the construction process.Finally,the target of construction period of the construction unit is met without increasing the cost,which have larger reference significance to similar reconstruction projects in the future.
