我国海洋产业结构与就业效应实证研究——基于动态面板GMM估计分析

An Empirical Study on China's Marine Industrial Structure and Employment Effect:GMM Estimation Analysis Based on Dynamic Panel

产业结构与就业的关系是经济学研究的热点,探讨海洋产业结构与就业效应能为我国解决就业矛盾、推动海洋经济可持续发展提供重要参考。通过综合运用统计学、灰色关联分析法、就业弹性测度等理论与方法,对我国海洋产业结构与就业的内在机理进行研究。在阐明我国海洋产业结构与就业现状的基础上,选取2006—2014年我国沿海11个省份的面板数据进行动态系统GMM估计,对我国海洋产业结构升级与就业效应进行实证分析。结果表明,海洋产业结构升级对就业具有正向促进作用,创新能力、财政投入、经济增长等因素对就业均有显著影响。提升海洋就业潜力应从优化产业结构、重视环境规制、完善人才培育模式、提升创新能力等方面入手。

The relationship between industrial structure and employment is a hot topic in the study of economics.Exploring the relationship between marine industrial structure and employment effects provides an important reference for China to resolve employment conflicts and promote the sustainable development of the marine economy.This paper comprehensively uses theories and methods such as statistics,grey correlation analysis and employment elasticity measure to study the internal mechanism of China's marine industry structure and employment.Based on the clarification of China's marine industrial structure and employment status,we selected panel data from 11 provinces along the coast of China in 2006-2014 to perform dynamic system GMM estimation,and conducted an empirical analysis of China's marine industrial structure upgrade and employment effects.The results show that the upgrading of the marine industry structure has a positive effect on employment, and innovation,financial investment,and economic growth have a significant impact on employment.To improve the employment potential of the ocean,we should start from the aspects of optimizing the industrial structure,attaching importance to environmental regulation,perfecting the mode of cultivating talents,and enhancing innovation capabilities.
