高校科技创新对经济增长贡献实证分析——以浙江省为例

Evidential Analysis of Technology Innovation in Universities Contributing to Economy Growth——Taking Zhejiang Province as an Example

高等学校是培养高科技创新人才和服务浙江经济增长的重要载体,也是国家科技创新体系的关键部分。本文利用2014-2016年浙江省高校科研活动的相关数据对高等学校的科技综合创新能力进行衡量评价,探讨科技创新的变化趋势等特点。运用回归模型方法分析高校科技创新对经济增长的贡献,并详细阐述浙江高校科技创新服务浙江经济的效果。研究结果表明,浙江高校科技创新对经济增长有明显的促进作用,所以需要进一步提升浙江高校科技创新能力。

Colleges and universities,as an important carrier of cultivating innovative talents of high technology and serving economic growth of Zhejiang,is also a key component of the system of national science and technology innovation.This paper,with the use of related data of scientific research of colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province,makes a measurement evaluation on comprehensive innovation abilities of science and technology and probes into the characteristics of changing trend of science and technology innovation.The last part of the paper,utilizing the regression modeling approach to analyze the contribution of science and technology innovation to the economic growth,makes an elaboration of the effects of serving Zhejiang economy from science and technology innovation of colleges and universities in Zhejiang.The research results show that there is an apparent promoting effect of science and technology innovation of colleges and universities to the economic growth in Zhejiangandthereforeit is essential to enhance innovative abilities of colleges and universities in Zhejiang.
