基于博弈论的山东省城中村改造模式研究

Research on the Transformation Mode of Urban Villages in Shandong Province based on Game Theory

改革开放以来,山东省的快速城镇化进程以及长期的城乡二元体制,导致大量“城中村”产生,城中村的存在及其引发的诸多社会问题已经成为影响推进山东省新型城镇化、优化城市空间结构、城乡一体化发展的严重制约。本文以实地调研数据为基础,通过对城中村运作方式的分析,对政府、村集体、村民、开发商和常住外来人口等利益主体的诉求分析,利益主体之间的博弈分析,提出适合山东省的基于博弈论的城中村改造模式,以期为山东省城中村改造提供参考。

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid urbanization process in Shandong Province and the long-term urban-rural dual system have led to the emergence of a large number of "urban villages".The exis- tence of urban villages and many social problems caused by them have become a serious constraint affecting the promotion of new urbanization in Shandong Province,optimizing urban spatial structure,and urban-rural integration.Based on the field research data,this paper analyzes the operation mode of urban villages,the appeals of the government,village collectives,villagers,developers and resident foreign populations,the game analysis between interests.Proposing a transformation model based on game theory for urban villages in Shandong Province,expected to provide reference for the transformation model of urban villages in Shandong Province.
