“互联网+”作为一种新的社会形态,已将互联网的创新成果深度融合于经济、社会各领域之中,提升全社会的创新力和生产力。在边境管理工作中,边境管理部门充分运用“互联网+”,将其与爱民固边战略深度融合,形成警民间新的良性互动,释放出新的管理活力。本文通过对“互联网+”与爱民固边战略相关理论的阐述,发掘“互联网+”与爱民固边战略融合的必要性和可行性,以创新社会治理模式为着眼点,探求“互联网+”与爱民固边战略的融合路径。

the "Internet +"has mixed the creation achievement of Internet with the fields of economy and so- ciety as a new kind of social morphology and it improved the create power and produce power of the whole society,In the manage job of borderland,the department of borderland management fully apply to"Internet+",and mixed it with the strategy and formed the good interaction between the police and people to release the energy of management.The article explores the necessity and feasibility of the mixture between "Internet +"and the strategy by the explanation of the related theories,and takes the creative society management model as the key point to discover the mix routine between"Internet+"andthe strategy.
