摘要
提出了一种等腰直角三角形基片集成波导结构,设计并制作一款结构紧凑的四阶交叉耦合带通滤波器。引入S型槽线作为电耦合结构。利用电磁混合耦合技术,滤波器在通带两侧各产生了一个传输零点,改善了频率选择特性。滤波器的中心频率为9.7GHz,相对带宽为4%,带内插入损耗小于1.4dB,通带外传输零点处,其衰减都大于40dB。滤波器的测试结果与仿真结果基本一致。
An isosceles right triangle substrate integrated waveguide (IRTSIW)was proposed,and a four-order compact cross-coupled bandpass filter was presented and fabricated.Sshape slots were introduced to act as the electric coupling structure.By utilizing mixed electric and magnetic coupling technology,the IRTSIW bandpass filter possesses one transmission zero at each side of the passband,which improve the selectivity of the filter.The center frequency is 9.7GHz,the fractional bandwidth is 4% with the in-band insertion loss of less than 1.4dB,the attenuation of transmission zeros out of band is more than 40dB.The measured results are basically consistent with the simulated results
