摘要 针对放大器低通截止频率对冲击加速度测试的影响,通过设置不同的放大器低通截止频率开展跌落冲击加速度测试实验,结合频谱分析、模态分析和数值模拟对测试结果开展了进一步的分析。结果显示,不同工况下的加速度信号间存在较大差异,采用10 k Hz的放大器低通截止频率设置可以较好地测试冲击块的加速度历程。研究结果有助于分析冲击环境下传感器的失效及其结构的改进。根据测试和研究目的的差异,放大器的截止频率需作不同的设置。 In order to study the influence of the amplifier low cut-off frequency on the test signal in the impact acceleration measurement,the dropping shock acceleration experiment is carried out by setting different cut-off frequency of the amplifier.The results show that there is a great difference between the acceleration signals under different conditions.The acceleration of the impact block can be obtained effectively under the condition of 10 kHz low pass frequency of the amplifier.The research results are helpful in analyzing the failure of the sensor and improving its structure under impact condition.According to different research purposes,the cut-off frequency of the amplifier needs to be set variously.
