起源于冠状静脉窦憩室旁道导管消融一例 被引量:2

摘要 患者女性,55岁,诊断为预激综合征合并阵发性室上性心动过速。第一次在二维标测下消融未成功,但初步标测到靶点在后间隔附近。2周后采用三维标测下盐水灌注导管消融,在冠状窦内近口部标测满意靶点,消融成功。撤出消融导管,经Swartz鞘采用JR4.0在冠状静脉窦消融靶点附近造影,提示旁道起源于冠状静脉窦憩室。
