摘要
本文用分散染料深蓝RD-2RN 300%对聚醚酯纤维(PBT40,纺速500 m/min)进行染色,通过染色热力学和动力学的探索实验,分析了不同染色工艺条件下染料对聚醚酯弹性纤维的上染历程。发现该型聚醚酯弹性纤维在用分散染料染色时符合能斯特(Nernst)吸附类型,结合上染亲和力、染色热和染色熵的数值,可以得出该型聚醚酯弹性纤维用RD-2RN 300%染色的较适宜染色温度在120℃,这样有利于染色过程的控制和降低染色对纤维物理化学性能的影响。
In this paper,the elastic copolyether-ester fiber( PBT40,spinning speed 500 m/min) was dyed with Disperse Deep Blue RD-2 RN 300%. Through the exploration experiment of dyeing thermodynamics and kinetics,the dyeing process on elastic polyether ester fiber under different dyeing conditions was analyzed. It was found that adsorption of the type to elastic copolyether-ester fiber dyeing with disperse dyes is the Nernst. Combined with value of the dye affinity,dyeing heat and dyeing entropy,it can be concluded that dyeing with RD-2 RN 300% at 120 ℃ was suitable for elastic copolyether-ester fiber,which was conducive to control dyeing process and reduce the effection of dyeing on physical and chemical properties of the fibers.
