摘要
目的研究膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)患者行单侧全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)术后膝关节功能恢复与膝关节皮温等因素之间的相关性。方法将2016年9月至2017年3月在我院行单侧TKA且术后未发生假体周围感染的患者作为研究对象,测量并记录基本信息、手术前后膝关节皮温及膝关节功能评分,并进行统计学分析。结果 TKA术后KSS评分改善值高的对应组患者的年龄、BMI以及双膝皮温差分别为(63.2±7.91)岁、25.5±2.93、(1.6±0.24)℃,另一组患者的年龄、BMI以及双膝皮温差分别为(72.4±7.79)岁、26.6±2.77、(2.3±0.20)℃,两组间的年龄、BMI、双膝皮温差差异有统计学意义,P值分别为0.03、<0.01、<0.01;KSS评分改善值与双膝皮温差高峰值呈负相关,而与患者的年龄、BMI、止血带使用时间、手术时间无明显相关性。结论 KOA患者TKA术后膝关节功能恢复与术后皮温差具有一定的相关性。
Objective To monitor the changes of knee skin temperature for 360 days following total knee arthroplasty (TKA)of the patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA)and to find the relationship between knee functional recovery and differential skin temperature. Methods Patients who attended for a unilateral TKA due to primary osteoarthritis between September 2016 and March 2017 were included in the study. The skin temperature of both knees was monitored preoperatively and postoperatively using an infrared thermometer. American knee society scores (KSS)were assessed. Results After TKA, the age, BMI and differential skin temperature of the patients with higher KSS score were (63.2±7.91)years, (25.5±2.93), and (1.6±0.24)℃; the age, BMI and differential skin temperature of the other group were (72.4±7.79)years, (26.6±2.77), (2.3±0.20)℃. There were significant statistical differences, P=0.03, P<0.01, P<0.01. The improvement of KSS score was negatively correlated with the differential skin temperature, and there were no significant correlations with the age, BMI, tourniquet time and operation time. Conclusions After TKA, there are significant correlations between knee functional recovery and differential skin temperature.
