摘要
快速成型(rapid prototyping,RP)起源于20世纪80年代后期,是一种快速生成模型或者零件的制造技术。在计算机控制与管理下,依靠已有的计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)数据,采用材料精确堆积的方式,即由点堆积成面,由面堆积成三维,最终生成实体Ⅲ。依靠此技术可以生成非常复杂的实体,而且成型的过程中不需要模具的辅助^[2]。
Rapid prototyping is an advanced technology for manufacturing physical models using material stacking. At present, it has become a research focus in orthopedics, especially spine surgery, and has been gradually applied in clinical practice. This article reviews spine models and navigation templates in preoperative planning, surgical simulation, customized pedicle screw, and assisted pedicle screw placement. Prospects of rapid prototyping technology in spinal surgery are discussed.
