无症状HIV感染者健康宣教中采用标杆式管理法的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究无症状艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者健康宣教中采用标杆管理法的应用效果。方法选择2015年6月至2016年6月,在本院感染科就诊的46例无症状HIV感染者作为研究对象,将患者按照随机原则均分为对照组和研究组。对照组患者行常规宣教,研究组患者在常规宣教中采用标杆管理法,对比两组患者健康宣教效果。结果研究组患者焦虑评分为(51.6±4.7)分,抑郁评分为(61.2±5.0)分,对照组患者焦虑评分为(52.8±6.0)分,抑郁评分为(61.3±5.2)分。两组焦虑、抑郁评分间的差异均有统计学意义(t=8.223,P=0.002;t=8.017,P=0.009)。研究组与对照组在收入来源、婚姻状况、工作状况特征之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用标杆管理法对无症状HIV感染者行健康教育,可以提升患者的生存质量,缓解患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪。 Objective To explore the application effects of benchmarking management in health education for asymptomatic HIV infected people.Methods The 46 cases of asymptomatic HIV patients were recruited between June 2015 and 2016 in our hospital as the objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and study group.The control group received routine education,and the study group received conventional education managed by benchmarking method.Then the health education effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of anxiety and depression of the study group were 51.6±4.7,and 61.2±5.0 respectively.And these of the control group were 52.8±6.0,and 61.3±5.2.The difference of the scores between the two groups was statistically significant (t=8.223,P=0.002)(t=8.017,P=0.009).In term of income,marital status and job status,there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Health education of patients with asymptomatic HIV,by using benchmarking management can improve their life quality,and ease their anxiety and depression.
