低档场所不同入行意愿的女性性工作者的艾滋病相关行为特征

AIDS related behavior characteristics among female sex workers with different motivation for entry into sex work

目的了解低档场所不同入行意愿的女性性工作者(FSWs)的艾滋病相关行为特征状况,为开展疾病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法采取方便样本的方法,对山东省某地低档场所女性性工作者进行一对一问卷调查,内容包括入行意愿、首次性行为、安全套使用、吸食冰毒等艾滋病相关行为学特征等。用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果共调查351名FSWs,主动入行者218人,占62.1%;被动入行者133人,占37.9%。首次性行为平均年龄:主动入行者为(17.5±2.7)岁,被动入行者为(19.1±3.6)岁,两组首次性行为平均年龄之间的差异有统计学意义(t=4.48,P=0.000)。主动入行者中,96.3%的首次性行为发生意愿为自愿,被动入行者为85.0%,两组首次性行为发生意愿情况之间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.33,P=0.000)。不同入行意愿者最近一次与客人发生性关系时安全套使用情况、最近一个月与固定性伴侣发生性关系安全套使用情况、吸食冰毒和"出冰台"情况之间差异均无统计学意义(P均 >0.05)。结论不同入行意愿低档场所女性性工作者的首次性行为发生年龄和意愿不同,安全套使用情况和吸食冰毒与"出冰台"情况没有不同。

Objective To understand the different motivation for entry into sex work and the AIDS related behavior characteristics of female sex workers(FSWs)in‘low-end’establishments,so as to provide a reference for disease prevention and control.Methods A face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted among female sex workers in entertainment venues by convenience sampling.The questionnaire was designed to get the information on FSWs’ entry motivation and their AIDS related behavior characteristics.SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results 351 FSWs were surveyed.Among them,62.1%entered into sex work due to their own willingness(group A).The average age of the first sex behavior of group A was 17.5±2.7 and that of group B was 19.1±3.6 with the difference between the two groups statistically significant(t=4.48,P=0.000).96.3% of the first sexual acts were consensual in group A and 85.0% in group B with the difference statistically significant(χ2=14.33,P=0.000).There was no difference between the two groups about the rate of the latest condom use in commercial sex,the rate of condom use with fixed sex partners,(all P >0.05),and the rate of drug use(all P >0.05).Conclusion The motivation of FSWs is related to the first sex behavior age,not related to condom use and drug use.
