摘要
暂态稳定性问题是目前电力系统遇到的几种主要的稳定性问题之一。由于晶闸管控制移相器(TCPST)等FACTS设备的快速切换性能,可用来提高电力系统的动态和暂态稳定性。传统的TCPST模糊逻辑控制器均以被控量的偏差和偏差变化率为输入,以TCPST的移相角直接作为控制输出来进行设计。本文设计了一种能够在暂态过程中动态调整传统TCPST一阶动态控制器增益的模糊逻辑控制器。该模糊逻辑控制器以传统TCPST一阶动态控制增益为输出,间接完成TCPST的控制。最后通过安德森3机9节点算例系统验证了该模糊逻辑控制器的有效性。
Transient stability is one of the most important stability problems of power system.Because of the rapid response characteristics,Thyristor controlled phase shifting transformer (TCPST)can not only be used to control the steady power flow but also be used to improve the dynamic and transiet stability of power system.Conventional TCPST fuzzy logic controllers adopt error and changed error as inputs and the phase angle of TCPST as the outputs directly.A new fuzzy logic controller which can dynamically adjust the gain of the TCPST first order dynamic controller is designed in this paper.Case studies on Anderson 3-machine 9-bus system demonstrated that the fuzzy logic controller is effective and valid.
