中医就诊者对于中医知识的认知程度与提升策略研究——以国医堂患者调研为例 被引量:13

摘要 目的:了解中医就诊者在中医知识方面的认知程度,重点考察认识误区及成因,为中医知识的健康传播提供理论基础和普及方向。方法:以问卷调查方式从中医基础理论、针灸推拿、中医诊断和操作应用4个方面调查国医堂中医门诊就诊者对中医的基本认知情况,利用SPSS软件录入和分析数据。结果:患者对中医知识有一定的了解,反映出中医药具有良好的群众基础,但是约50%就诊者对于4个部分的理解均存在误区,其中关于中医基础理论方面的认知误区更为严重。结论:认识误区的存在干扰临床治疗的有效性,甚则降低群众对中医学的信任度,需要进一步探索提升患者中医认知的途径与策略。 Objective:To find out the.cognition degree of traditional Chinese medicine that patients who receive Chinese medicine treatments have.We focus on where the misunderstandings are and the causes for them,and hope that we could provide theoretical basis and the popularization for the spread of TCM.Methods: We concentrate on four aspects:basic theories of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and massage,TCM diagnosis, and the operation and application.We have surveyed the misunderstandings that patients in Guoyitang have through questionnaire,with SPSS software.Results:Patients have some knowledge of TCM,which reflects that TCM has some degree of mass base.However,there is still about 50% patients has misunderstandings in those four aspects (basic theories of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and massage,TCM diagnosis,and the operation and application)of TCM,in which basic theories of Chinese medicine is most serious.Conclusion: Misunderstandings of patients have negative effect to decline clinical efficacy,even to impair public trust on TCM.It is believed that the way and the strategy of improving public cognition degree of TCM should be found.This essay explores the way to improve public cognition degree of TCM from popular science propaganda view mainly.
