基于中医文化家庭养老倾向影响因素的有序多分类Logistic回归分析

Logistic Regression Analysis of Influencing Factors of Family Support Tendency based on the Chinese Medicine Culture

目的:对中医文化家庭养老倾向的影响因素进行研究。方法:随机抽取206位被试对象,采用自尊量表、孝顺期待量表、家庭养老倾向调查问卷进行现场和网上作答并回收问卷,通过SPSS17.0分析数据。结果:对性别进行检验,男性的均值高于女性,说明男性更加倾向于家庭养老;对出生年月进行方差分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明不同出生时间段的人对家庭养老倾向选择存在差别。同时,有序多分类Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、孝顺期待、自尊是家庭养老倾向的重要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:代表"思"的孝顺期待和代表"恐"的自尊是家庭养老倾向的重要影响因素。在探讨养老模式的过程中需要更加关注老年人自身的心理需求。

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of family support tendency based on the Chinese medicine culture.Methods:The 206 subjects were randomly selected as a sample in a questionnaire survey.The self-esteem scale,the filial piety expectation scale and the family support tendency questionnaire were used to answer the questions in the field and online,and the questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS17.0. Results:The average value of men is higher than that of women,which indicates that men are more inclined to provide for the aged at home.The variance analysis of birth years shows that there is a significant difference (P<0.05),indicating that people of different ages have different choices about the tendency of providing for the aged at home.Meanwhile,logistic regression analysis showed that age,filial expectation and self-esteem were important influencing factors of family pension tendency (P<0.05).Conclusions:The filial expectation represents "thinking"and the self-esteem represents "fear"are the important factors influencing the tendency of family support for the aged.We need to pay more attention to the psychological needs of the elderly themselves in process of pension model.
