摘要
目的探讨新疆地区哈萨克族、汉族男性寻常型银屑病患者可能存在的骨代谢结果差异及影响因素。方法入选对象为2012年1月至2017年10月在新疆生产建设兵团医院皮肤科就诊并已明确诊断的哈萨克族男性寻常型银屑病患者共112例,作为研究组。同时,根据年龄、体重等选择同期就诊且已行相关检查的112例汉族男性银屑病患者作为对照组。结果由两组患者血清Ca、P、ALP、GLU、25-OH-D_3的浓度比较可见,哈萨克族组血清Ca、ALP、25-OH-D_3明显高于汉族组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腰椎、股骨颈及Ward三角骨密度比较,哈萨克族男性银屑病组骨密度值均略高于汉族组,其差异在L_1、L_3、L_4,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),在L_2、股骨颈及ward三角具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论哈萨克族男性银屑病患者组骨代谢水平明显高于汉族男性银屑病患者组。
Objective To investigate the differences in bone metabolism and the influencing factors in Kazak and Han male patients with psoriasis vulgaris in Xinjiang. Method The study group were 112 cases of Kazak male patients diagnosed in with psoriasis vulgaris selected during January 2012 to October 2017 in Department of Dermatology, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Hospital. Meanwhile, according to age and weight, 112 cases of Han nationality male patients with psoriasis who had been examined in our department during the same period were selected as the control group. Results For the serum concentrations of Ca, ALP, GLU and 25-OH-D3 in the two groups, the Kazakh group had significantly higher levels of serum Ca, ALP and 25-OH-D3 than the Han group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). For the comparison of lumbar spine, femoral neck and ward’s triangle bone mineral density, bone mineral density of Kazak male psoriasis group was slightly higher than that of the Han group, the differences for L1, L3 and L4 were not statistically significant (P>0.05), but there were significant differences in L2, femoral neck and ward triangle BMD (P<0.05). Conclusion The bone metabolism level of Kazak nationality psoriasis patients was significantly higher than that of Han male psoriasis patients.
