瘿瘤消散汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗结节性甲状腺肿的疗效

Efficacy of Yingliu Xiaosan decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of nodular goiter

目的研究结节性甲状腺肿患者采用瘿瘤消散汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗的效果。方法 86例结节性甲状腺肿患者,随机分为参照组和试验组,每组43例。参照组单独采用左甲状腺素钠片治疗,试验组在参照组基础上采用瘿瘤消散汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后促甲状腺激素(TSH)、促甲状腺素受体抗体(TRAb)水平;治疗前和治疗3个月后甲状腺结节直径变化情况;临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后,试验组患者的甲状腺结节直径为(8.32±2.13)mm,短于参照组的(11.24±0.56)mm,差异具统计学意义(t=8.694, P<0.05)。参照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为76.74%,显著低于试验组的93.02%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的TRAb以及TSH水平均低于治疗前,且试验组患者的TRAb以及TSH水平均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结节性甲状腺肿患者的临床治疗中,瘿瘤消散汤与左甲状腺素钠片联合治疗可有效缓解患者的临床症状,疗效较为显著,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of Yingliu Xiaosan decoction combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of nodular goiter patients. Methods A total of 86 nodular goiter patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets, and the experimental group was treated with Yingliu Xiaosan decoction on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on thyrotropin (TSH) and thyrotropin receptor antibody (TRAb) levels before and after treatment, changes in thyroid nodule diameter before and after 3 months of treatment and clinical efficacy between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the experimental group had shorter thyroid nodule diameter as (8.32±2.13) mm than (11.24±0.56) mm in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (t=8.694, P<0.05). The control group had significantly lower total effective rate of clinical treatment as 76.74% than 93.02% in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups had lower TSH and TRAb level than those before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of nodular goiter, the combination of Yingliu Xiaoxiao decoction and levothyroxine sodium tablets shows remarkable efficacy, and it can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients. It is worth promoting.
