个性化家庭访视在社区老年高血压患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of personalized family visits in the nursing of elderly hypertensive patients in the community

目的探讨个性化家庭访视对社区老年高血压患者的护理效果。方法 72例老年高血压患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组36例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予个性化家庭访视护理。比较两组患者血压水平、并发症发生情况及护理满意度情况。结果研究组患者收缩压和舒张压水平分别为(128.23±9.35)、(85.57±7.84)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)均明显低于对照组患者的(135.56±8.62)、(96.43±8.75)mm Hg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率为30.56%,对照组患者并发症发生率为41.67%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度为94.44%,显著高于对照组患者的69.44%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区老年高血压患者应用个性化家庭访视护理可有效改善其血压水平,提高其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the nursing effect of personalized family visits in elderly hypertensive patients in the community. Methods A total of 72 elderly hypertensive patients were divided by random number table into control group and research group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the research group received personalized family visits on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on blood pressure level, occurrence of complications and nursing satisfaction degree between the two groups. Results The research group had obviously lower systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure respectively as (128.23±9.35) and (85.57±7.84) mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa) than (135.56±8.62) and (96.43±8.75) mm Hg in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The research group had lower incidence of complications as 30.56% than 41.67% in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The research group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction degree as 94.44% than 69.44% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of personalized family visit can effectively improve blood pressure level and improve their nursing satisfaction degree, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
