氟康唑治疗念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的疗效和不良反应分析

Analysis of adverse reactions of fluconazole capsules in the treatment of candidal vulvovaginitis

目的:分析氟康唑胶囊治疗念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的疗效和不良反应。方法:随机选取2016年2月至2018年2月北京妇产医院收治的念珠菌性外阴阴道炎患者60例,依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为单独硝酸咪康唑阴道软胶囊治疗组(单独治疗组,n=30)和硝酸咪康唑阴道软胶囊联合氟康唑胶囊治疗组(联合治疗组,n=30) 2组,统计分析2组患者的真菌镜检或培养结果、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发情况。结果:与用药前相比,2组患者用药后的真菌镜检或培养阳性率均显著降低(P<0.05);用药后和单独治疗组相比,联合治疗组患者的真菌镜检或培养阳性率显著降低(P<0.05),但用药前2组患者的真菌镜检或培养阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。联合治疗组治疗的总有效率为96.7%(29/30),显著高于单独治疗组的70.0%(21/30, P<0.05);复发率为3.3%(1/30),显著低于单独治疗组的13.3%(4/30, P<0.05);但2组患者的不良反应发生率为10.0%(3/30)、6.7%(2/30),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟康唑胶囊治疗念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的疗效显著,不良反应少。

Objective:To analyze the adverse reactions of fluconazole capsules in the treatment of candidal vulvovaginitis. Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with candidal vulva vaginitis in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly selected,these patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,separate miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsules treatment group (single treatment group,n=30) and DAC suppository combined with fluconazole capsules group (combined treatment group,n=30),and the microscopic examination or culture results,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrences of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results:Combined with before treatment,the positive rates of fungi after treatment of the two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05). Combined with the single treatment group,the positive rate of fungal microscopy or culture of the combined treatment group was significantly lower (P<0.05). However,the differences of positive rates of fungal microscopy or culture before treatment between the two groups were not significant (P>0.05). The total treatment efficacy rate of the combined treatment group 96.7% (29/30) was significantly higher than the single treatment group 70.0% (21/30) (P<0.05),and the recurrence rate 3.3% (1/30) was significantly lower than the single treatment group 13.3% (4/30) (P<0.05),but the difference of incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups 10.0% (3/30) and 6.7% (2/30) was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:Miconazole nitrate vaginal soft capsules combined with fluconazole capsules can not increase the adverse reactions of patients with candidal vulva vaginitis than DAC suppository alone.
